Shipping

Shipping rates vary widely depending on the individual item. We will work with you to arrange the most cost effective and safest option for your purchase.

You can also arrange for in-person pick up at our store in Beverly Hills if you are local to Greater LA Metro.

Refunds/Cancellation

Our return & cancellation policies are liberal. Note that all items that are customized, made-to-order or altered are not refundable as we will not resell those items.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. In the case that you are not, we will gladly accept returns. You must contact us to facilitate a return within three (3) business days based on the date of your recipt of the item as verified by tracking and signature results (i.e.UPS, FedEx, USPS).

Damage

All items from Bling Bling Emporio are shipped with tracking numbers and insurance. We are very good at making sure that your items will arrive on time and in prefect condition. In the unlikely event that things go wrong (and they do), we require that you:

  1. CONTACT us immediately. We can not process insurance claims past three (3) business days of receipt.
  2. RETAIN the original packaging. It may be inspected.
  3. DOCUMENT the damage by photographs.

If these steps are not taken, we may not be able to assist with an insurance claim.
